1.什麼是被動運動呢？
被動運動包括被動式關節活動與軟組織按摩，此指病人關節無法主動活動，必須藉由治療人員或機械的協助，才能完成身體的運動方式。
2.為什麼要做被動運動呢？
2.1.維持各關節及軟組織的活動度，降低肌肉關節攣縮的可能性。
2.2.維持全身血液循環，避免深部靜脈栓塞。
2.3.維持對動作的感覺。
3.那些情況不宜做被動運動呢？
3.1.肌肉、肌腱、韌帶在急性損傷時。
3.2.未完全癒合骨折處的關節。
3.3.剛接受手術的肌肉、肌腱、韌帶、關節與皮膚處。
3.4.深部靜脈栓塞的肢體。
4.被動運動該注意些什麼呢？
4.1.每一關節的活動，以病人不感覺痛或關節稍緊為指標，並應在最大正常角度範圍內，以防進一步傷害。
4.2.以關節部位為運動單位，由身體的近端漸至遠端，大關節漸至小關節，包括所有關節活動平面，每一平面動作做十次，如此為一組被動關節運動，每天重複二至三次。
4.3.操作到最後範圍時，需持續固定十秒鐘，但勿在此來回振動。
4.4.中風或無外傷病人，住院後三天內，對病人無法主動活動之肢體及關節，應儘早執行關節的被動運動。
4.5.手術後病人欲施行床上運動者，以不影響傷口及骨折部位癒合為宜，並勿牽扯到引流管。what to do when husband cheats
