1.什麼是水痘？
水痘是一種急性高度傳染性疾病，由水痘疹病毒所引起。
2.水痘的傳染途徑為何？
水痘的潛伏期大約為10～14日，主要是由水痘的分泌物接觸或呼吸道的飛沫傳染。
3.水痘的臨床症狀為何？
初期有發燒，全身不適的感覺，漸漸由頭皮、臉至軀幹、四肢開始出現紅斑→丘疹→水→膿→結痂→脫落。其中常併喉嚨疼痛、眼睛不適、畏光等症狀。
4.水痘的流行為何？
10歲以下的孩子易得且症狀較輕，若年齡愈大感染則症狀愈加嚴重。此病多流行於春、冬二季，一次罹病後，日後發將會以帶狀皰疹病症出現。目前已有疫苗可注射。
5.水痘的併發症？
水痘的併發症較少，極少數病患可能有皮膚續發性感染、中耳炎、支氣管炎、脊椎神經病變、腦炎等。
6.如何照顧自己？
6.1.宜多休息，若有發燒則多喝開水，維持體溫之正常。
6.2.在醫院中需採絕對隔離，最好不要離開隔離房間，若不得已外出，應戴口罩。
6.3.宜剪短指甲並保持皮膚之清潔，以防引起續發性感染。
6.4.沐浴時使用沐浴乳或中性肥皂，宜用毛巾輕輕擦拭，以免弄破水痘。
6.5.應選擇柔軟、寬鬆吸汗的衣服。
6.6.若感搔癢時，可用手掌沾冷水、冷霜輕拍皮膚，或淋冷水浴以止癢。另外亦可使用一些口服抗組織胺藥物。
6.7.如感喉嚨疼痛則應多喝開水，可用漱口水漱口，保持口腔清潔。
6.8.一旦水痘結痂後，則不具傳染性，待其自然脫落，勿強行將痂皮剝落，以防留下疤痕。
6.9.若在家中休養的患者，請勿出入公共場所，以免傳染給其他人。why people cheat
