- 保險對象在急性病房住院30日以下或慢性病房住院180日以下，因同一疾病每次住院或全年累計住院應自行負擔的費用，都有負擔上限的規定，上限金額健保局會每年公告更新乙次。
- 依全民健康保險法第三十六條規定，重大傷病患者就醫、分娩、接受健保預防保健服務及山地離島地區之就醫，均可免除門診及住院部份負擔。
- 退費須知
- 請攜帶當次就醫之收據聯。（請勿遺失）
- 攜帶證件：國民身分證（兒童－戶口名簿；外勞－居留證或護照）、就醫者之健保IC卡（※代領人請攜帶國民身分證）。
- 請於七日內，至批價櫃檯辦理，逾期視同放棄。
- 若退費期間適逢跨月，煩請於隔月7日之前完成退費手續。
- 辦理時間：
週一至週五 08：00~21：00
週六 08：00~12：00
