一般外科傷口是指當身體受到外力打擊後導致皮膚損害如：割傷、裂傷等之傷口。
返家後應注意：
1.受傷後8-12小時，組織會繼續腫脹，請抬高患處。
2.受傷後72小時之內使用冰敷，以減輕腫脹及炎症反應。
3.勿在傷口處塗抹任何未經醫師許可的藥膏，以免發炎。
4.勿吸煙、不要吃刺激性食物如：酒、辣椒；多吃魚肉、豆類及蛋白質及維他命C的食物，可促進傷口癒合。
5.密切注意傷口癒合情形，如有下列情況請立即回診：出血突增、分泌物增多、惡臭味、紅、腫、熱、痛。
6.保持傷口敷料之清潔乾燥。
7.如有打石膏，請在石膏未乾前勿重壓石膏，並隨時注意末稍循環：指甲是否呈紫色、手指冰冷、麻痛感，如有請立即回診。
8.傷口若在關節處，請保持肢體平直，且避免患處肢體劇烈運動，以防止傷口裂開，縫線約7-14日於門診拆除。
9.傷口敷料如潮溼或髒需換藥者，平時可至門診換藥，遇假日則急診室開放早上為換藥時間歡迎利用。i want an affair
